Who We Are

[Brand] helps people [mission].

We sell high-quality supplements and wellness products to 170,000+ customers across [countries].

Our next big move is launching into the US.

We’re a company that values progress (+1% every day), excellence, direct honest communication and enthusiasm and energy.

Since 2018, we’ve grown into a $[range]/year business, and we’ll continue growing by 50-150%/year.

But to do so, we need to level up our operations. What got us to 8 figures is now holding us back.

That's why we want you to join [Brand] as the Director of Operations.

About the Role

Our ultimate goal is to build an all-around exemplary eCommerce company.

Here are the areas where we'll need your help

Our team has [team size] members, most heavily focused on marketing and media buying.

You’ll be leading our [size]-person ops team, along with the agency currently handling CS.

You’ll have the full trust of our Founder (you’ll be the integrator to his visionary), plus the resources to hire, implement, and overhaul.

You’ll report directly to our CEO and collaborate daily with our acquisition, tech, and product leaders.

If this sounds like a lot, that’s because it is.

So what’s in it for you? Why would you want to join us?

4 Reasons to Join [Brand] as Director of Operations

1. Join a Rising Company Early On

You'll excel no matter what business you work for. But a rising tide lifts all boats.

Companies like ours only come along every so often. Everyone who's with us will grow along with the business.

And the earlier you join us, the faster you'll ascend.

2. Play a Pivotal Role

You’ll be our ops expert and integrator.

Your work won’t just be important, it will determine how far and how fast we can go.

3. We're Just the Right Size

When a company grows too large, roles become rigid. Too small, and resources are limited. At [Brand], we're in the sweet spot.

We're lean enough for you to see the direct impact of your work, yet established enough that you'll have resources and support to make significant improvements.

You won't just push papers - you'll lead meaningful initiatives every day.

4. Work Remotely With a Flexible Schedule
