We've established a marketing calendar with bi-weekly promotions.
We're marketing to a base of highly-engaged email list subscribers. If we come up with an exceptionally successful offer, we test and scale it on [marketing platform] with cold traffic.

These promotions are extremely effective for achieving our revenue goals. But they also require a lot of work to keep on top of. So far, they've been run by our Co-Founder, [Name].
As the company and the demands for his time keep growing, he needs to delegate this responsibility to someone else, i.e., our future Marketing Director.
This is a hands-on role. While you'll have access to our [function] and [function] freelancers, we expect you to do the bulk of the work yourself.
